Software your business owns, and your competitors can't buy.
- You own it. The software, your data and the accounts they're kept in are in your company's name from day one.
- Only you have it. Your competitors can buy the same tools and AI as you. What we build fits how your business works.
- Nothing is a black box. It's built with common tools, and we keep written docs up to date every month.

Common questions, answered.
I am a...
How soon will we see results?
Your first system is live within 30 days. After that, something new ships every week.
Is my business big enough?
It usually makes sense from about 15 staff. Below that, off-the-shelf software is often cheaper, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
Do we have to cancel our other software?
No. We connect to the tools that work for you and replace the ones that don't. Usually it's a mix of both.
What's not included in the monthly price?
Everything is included except hosting, which we pass on to you at cost. If you'd rather we host it on your own cloud or servers, there's no hosting charge from us.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You can cancel any month, and everything we've built is yours, so it stays with you.
How is this different from Claude, Copilot or ChatGPT?
Keep using them. Copilot is only as good as your data, and in most businesses that's spread across 10 tools. We build the one system underneath, with your clients, jobs and prices in it, and connect Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT to it. Your team asks in the tool they already use and gets a real answer, or has it do the work, like drafting a quote or updating a client record.
What if you go under, or we want to leave?
The software and your data sit in accounts you own from day one, built on mainstream tools any developer knows, with written docs we keep up to date. If you leave, we hand everything to your next developer or agency at no cost.
Where are you based?
