Quoting software that prices jobs from your rates, with your margins built in.

We build quoting and estimating software for trade, manufacturing and services businesses. It works out the price from your materials, labour rates and past jobs, sends a branded quote, and turns accepted quotes into jobs and invoices. Every quote carries the margin you set.

What we build, around how your team already works.

  • Priced from your rates

Materials, labour and margins come from your rate card and current supplier prices.

  • Checked against past jobs

Each estimate is compared with what similar jobs actually cost.

  • Branded quotes

Quotes go out as a branded PDF or a link the client can accept online.

  • Options and variations

Offer good, better and best options, and price variations once a job starts.

  • Follow-ups sent

Clients who haven't replied get a follow-up, and your team can see which quotes need a call.

  • Accepted becomes a job

An accepted quote becomes a job, a purchase order and, later, an invoice in Xero.

Common questions, answered.

Can it price from drawings or plans?

Yes. It pulls quantities from drawings and specifications for an estimator to check before the quote goes out.

Can it use our supplier prices?

Yes. We load your supplier price lists and keep them up to date, so quotes use current prices.

Can clients accept quotes online?

Yes. Clients accept from a link, and the job is set up as soon as they do.

How much does custom quoting and estimating software cost?
