A custom CRM built around how you sell, with no per-seat fees.

We build custom CRMs for businesses that have outgrown their spreadsheet or are paying expensive software providers for features they don't use and don't actually work for them. It holds your clients, deals, and jobs in one place, logs emails and calls automatically, and connects to other tools you use like Xero.

What we build, around how your team already works.

  • Your stages, your fields

Deal stages, fields and screens match how your team sells, whether that's tenders, renewals or repeat orders.

  • Logged automatically

Emails, calls and meetings from Outlook or Gmail are attached to the right client, without anyone typing.

  • Follow-ups on time

Every deal has a next step. Overdue ones are flagged, with a follow-up email drafted and ready to send.

  • Entered once

Won deals go straight into Xero, your project tool and your client portal, so nobody types a client's details twice.

  • Live reporting

Pipeline, forecast and win rate update as deals move, by person, service or region.

  • Ask in plain English

Ask Copilot or Claude which deals over 20k haven't been touched in two weeks, and get the list.

Common questions, answered.

When does a custom CRM make sense over HubSpot or Salesforce?

When you're paying for seats and add-ons you don't use, or paying a consultant to bend the CRM to how you work. It usually makes sense from about 15 staff. Below that, off-the-shelf is often cheaper, and we'll tell you if so.

Can you move our data from HubSpot, Salesforce or spreadsheets?

Yes. We import your contacts, companies, deals, notes and history, and run both side by side until your team is ready to switch.

Will it work with Outlook and Teams?

Yes. Emails and meetings are logged from Outlook, and your team gets alerts and can update deals from Teams.

How much does custom CRM software cost?

It's part of managed software: a senior developer, product manager, design, QA and ongoing fixes for a flat $6,000£4,500€5,300 a month, plus hosting at cost. There are no per-seat fees and no minimum term, and your first system is live within 30 days.
