AI proposal software that writes the first draft, and lays it out in your brand.

We build proposal software for consultancies and professional services firms. It reads the client's brief, drafts each section from your past proposals, CVs and case studies, and lays the result out in your own PowerPoint or Word templates. A partner reviews it, adjusts the price and sends it.

What we build, around how your team already works.

  • Reads the brief

Upload the tender or the client's email. Every requirement, deadline and question is listed, so nothing gets missed.

  • Drafts from your best work

Each section is drafted from your past winning proposals, CVs and case studies, in your firm's tone.

  • Slides in your brand

The draft is laid out in your own PowerPoint templates and slide library, with your charts, team pages and case study layouts.

  • Fees from your rate card

Fees are worked out from your rates and the plan, and compared with what similar work cost before.

  • Review in PowerPoint or Word

Partners edit in the tools they already use. Finished proposals go back into the library for next time.

  • Win rates you can see

Every proposal is logged in your CRM with its value and outcome, so you can see what wins and what doesn't.

Common questions, answered.

Can AI make proposals that look as good as our designers' work?

Yes, if it builds from your own templates. We set up your slide masters, layouts and components so every deck uses the same building blocks your designers made. Copilot starts from a blank slide each time, which is why its decks look generic.

We already use Copilot or ChatGPT to write proposals. Why do we need this?

Copilot can write decent prose, but turning it into a designed PowerPoint is still manual work. This does both steps, using your templates, past proposals and rate card, and your team can still use Copilot to edit the result.

Does it work for tenders and RFPs?

Yes. It reads the tender documents, builds a list of every requirement, and drafts answers from your previous submissions.

Is our client information kept confidential?

Yes. Everything stays in accounts your business owns, and we only use business AI accounts that don't train on your data.

How much does AI proposal writing software cost?

It's part of managed software: a senior developer, product manager, design, QA and ongoing fixes for a flat $6,000£4,500€5,300 a month, plus hosting at cost. There are no per-seat fees and no minimum term, and your first system is live within 30 days.
