A client portal in your brand, so clients stop emailing to ask where things are.

We build client portals for professional services firms. Clients log in to see progress, upload documents, approve work, sign and pay invoices, in your brand and linked to the systems your team already uses. Status questions get answered without anyone writing an email.

What we build, around how your team already works.

  • Your brand

Clients log in at an address like portal.yourfirm.com, with your logo and colours.

  • Live progress

Status, next steps and deadlines come straight from your project system, so they're always up to date.

  • Document requests

Ask for documents with a checklist. Uploads are checked, named and filed in SharePoint or Google Drive.

  • Approvals and signatures

Clients approve work and sign documents in the portal, with a record of who signed what and when.

  • Invoices and payments

Clients see what they owe and pay by card or bank transfer. Payments are matched in Xero.

  • Secure messages

Messages stay on the client's record, out of personal inboxes.

Common questions, answered.

Do clients need another password?

No. Clients can sign in with a link sent to their email, or with their Microsoft or Google account.

Is it secure enough for financial or legal documents?

Yes. Data is encrypted, each client only sees their own records, and every access is logged. We've built GDPR and SOC 2 Type II compliant software for years.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. The portal works in any browser, on phones and tablets.

How much does custom client portal cost?

It's part of managed software: a senior developer, product manager, design, QA and ongoing fixes for a flat $6,000£4,500€5,300 a month, plus hosting at cost. There are no per-seat fees and no minimum term, and your first system is live within 30 days.
