Job scheduling software for field teams, so the right engineer turns up with the right parts.
We build job scheduling and dispatch software for trade and field service businesses with 10 or more engineers. It plans jobs around each engineer's skills, location and availability, sends the day's jobs to their phone, and turns completed jobs into certificates and invoices in Xero. Customers get a text when the engineer is on the way.

What we build, around how your team already works.
Planned by skill and location
Jobs are matched to engineers with the right skills and certificates, and grouped by area to cut driving time.
Drag-and-drop schedule
Move a job on the board and the engineer and customer are told straight away.
The day on their phone
Engineers see addresses, job history, parts and access notes, and can work offline where signal is poor.
Customers kept informed
Booking confirmations, reminders and an on-the-way text with an arrival time.
Job sheets on site
Engineers fill in the job sheet on their phone, with photos and the customer's signature.
Invoiced the same day
A completed job becomes a draft invoice in Xero, with time and parts already on it.

Common questions, answered.
When does custom scheduling software make sense over ServiceM8 or Jobber?
When per-engineer fees add up, or your work doesn't fit their templates, like multi-day installs, planned maintenance contracts or jobs that need specific certificates. Below about 10 engineers, off-the-shelf is usually fine, and we'll tell you if so.
Does the app work without signal?
Yes. Engineers can see their jobs and fill in job sheets offline, and everything updates when they're back in signal.
Can it handle planned maintenance contracts?
Yes. Recurring visits are scheduled from each contract, with reminders before they're due.
Can engineers produce certificates on site?
Yes. Certificates are filled in on the job in your required format and sent to the customer when it's finished.
How much does custom job scheduling and dispatch software cost?
It's part of managed software: a senior developer, product manager, design, QA and ongoing fixes for a flat $6,000£4,500€5,300 a month, plus hosting at cost. There are no per-seat fees and no minimum term, and your first system is live within 30 days.
We also build the systems around it.
