Staff onboarding software, so new starters are ready to work on day one.

We build staff onboarding software for growing businesses that hire every month. One new starter form sends the contract, collects right-to-work and bank details, orders equipment, sets up their Microsoft 365 or Google account and schedules their training, so they can start work on day one.

What we build, around how your team already works.

  • One form to start

A manager fills in one form, and every step after it is set up.

  • Contracts out for signature

Contracts are written from your templates and sent for e-signature.

  • Right-to-work checks

Documents are collected and checked before day one, with a record kept for inspection.

  • Accounts ready

Email, Teams and system access are set up for their role, and removed when they leave.

  • First weeks planned

Training, introductions and policy sign-offs are booked and tracked.

  • Leavers too

Leaving works the same way in reverse: access removed, equipment returned and final pay sorted.

Common questions, answered.

Do we need to replace our HR system?

No. If you use Breathe, BambooHR or BrightHR, we connect to it and automate the steps around it: contracts, accounts, equipment and training.

Can it set up Microsoft 365 or Google accounts?

Yes. Accounts, groups and access are created for the new starter's role, and removed on their last day.

Does it handle right-to-work checks?

Yes. Documents are collected and checked before day one, and digital checks can run through a certified identity provider.

How much does staff onboarding software cost?

It's part of managed software: a senior developer, product manager, design, QA and ongoing fixes for a flat $6,000£4,500€5,300 a month, plus hosting at cost. There are no per-seat fees and no minimum term, and your first system is live within 30 days.
