Customer support software that sorts the inbox and drafts replies, so customers hear back faster.

We build customer support software for businesses that answer customers from a shared inbox. Every email, form and message is sorted by topic and urgency, a reply is drafted from the customer's orders, account and your past answers, and your team checks and sends it. Simple questions like order status can be answered straight away.

Common questions, answered.

Will customers know they're talking to AI?

Only if you want them to. By default, every reply is drafted for a person to check and send, and you choose which simple questions, if any, are answered without a check.

Why not use Zendesk or Freshdesk?

They're good at managing tickets, and their AI answers from your help articles. We build support around your own order, stock and account systems, so replies use the customer's real details.

Can it work with our shared Outlook inbox?

Yes. It works on top of the inbox you already use, so your team can keep working in Outlook.

How much does customer support automation cost?

It's part of managed software: a senior developer, product manager, design, QA and ongoing fixes for a flat $6,000£4,500€5,300 a month, plus hosting at cost. There are no per-seat fees and no minimum term, and your first system is live within 30 days.
