How accurate is AI document processing?
Accurate enough that most documents go straight through, and every one is checked against your records before anything is entered. Anything that doesn't match, or that it's unsure about, goes to a person.
What kinds of documents can it handle?
Supplier invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, receipts, application forms, contracts and scanned paperwork, including handwritten forms where the writing is clear.
Why not use Dext or Hubdoc?
They're good for receipts and simple bills going into accounting software. We build this when documents need checking against your own records, or need to go into systems beyond Xero, like your stock system or CRM.
Is our data used to train AI?
No. We only use business AI accounts that don't train on your data, and documents stay in accounts your business owns.
How much does AI document processing cost?
